KKyle Laingor is the Chief Operating Officer of Kauffman Insurance Group, where he has served since 2023 with a focused mission of helping scale and grow the organization through operational leadership, strategic planning, and team development.With a background in property management, real estate, and financial education — including experience working for one of the largest property management companies in Florida and within some of Palm Beach County’s prestigious country club communities — Kyle brings a well-rounded business perspective and entrepreneurial mindset to the insurance industry.
His experience across multiple sectors has helped shape his ability to build systems, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth.
Originally from Boston and raised in South Florida, Kyle enjoys staying active and making the most of his time outside of work. He enjoys football and basketball, playing pickup basketball with friends, traveling, spending time at the beach, and creating lasting memories with his wife, loved ones, and identical twin daughters.
